Additionally maintaining the IT related responsibility maintaining compliances for Green space. Profile includes

Focus areas are to re-structure LAN/WAN infrastructure, procurement, user training, Technology upgrades, Process Frameworks, Timely implementation of projects, new sites, Vendor Management, Maintenance Contracts, Planned downtimes with management approval to make sure minimal downtime, Coordination with global IT team. Implement global policies and procedures and meet ISO requirements. Undertake technology evaluations and present results and recommendations to Senior Management, Resolving technical LAN/WAN operational issues that have been escalated to the team, Evaluate Telco vendors/options & provide recommendations. To meet user satisfaction and requirements we do monthly meeting with department heads and stronger information flow among users.

Various Projects in Amadeus India

Configured and re-design Amadeus India network which includes inter offices connectivity. Configured VPN Clients to connect Amadeus UK SQL database. Configuring RAS Server at Amadeus office and configured RAS Clients for the connectivity. Configured WINS Server with clients on WAN in Amadeus. Configured IIS server. Configured Exchange server with 250 SMTP clients across Indian Sub-Continent.

MS-IIS Web Sever Installation from scratch and administration of different web sites hosted at the premises of Amadeus India.

Project under Roma98 (X.25 ⇌ TCP/IP)

Configured 300 mailing clients all over Indian Sub-Continent by using Roma98 software, which converts X.25 packets to TCP/IP and vice versa to access the emails.
